The Mystic Valley YMCA, founded in 1881, is committed to strengthening the community and supporting community needs through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Malden YMCA is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit  and currently employs 150 staff, engages 70 volunteers, and provides services to over 30,000 individuals each year in the communities of Malden, Medford, and Everett.  The Y’s  extensive services and programs include chronic disease prevention, free food program, aquatics and water safety, teen leadership, college access, youth robotics, fitness and wellness, sports, Early Learning Readiness, preschool, after school, camp, and so much more! The Y is made up of people of all ages and from every walk of life working side by side to strengthen communities.  Together  we work  to  ensure  everyone,  regardless  of  gender  identity,  income, faith, sexual orientation or cultural background has the opportunity  to  live  life  to  its  fullest.
