Dear Chamber Member,
I am writing with the exciting news that the Malden Chamber will be creating a 2011 Membership Directory in the coming months. The Directory will be a full-color glossy booklet the size of a playbill (5 ½ by 8 ½), perfect for a pocket or glove compartment. It will be filled with half-page profiles of Chamber members, business listings, and traditional display advertisements of Chamber members. Printed copies will be mailed to every Malden homeowner and to all members of the Malden Chamber of Commerce. The Directory will also be on the Chamber website with links to the member’s websites.
I have enclosed the Concord Chamber of Commerce Directory as an example of what the new Malden Chamber of Commerce Directory will look like.
All Chamber members will be listed in the Directory free of charge. In addition, each Chamber member has the option to be featured in a half-page, personal profile, including a 200-word bio / history of the business, two images, and business information. Profiles are created by the Chamber member online and will link to the member’s website when the print directory is published. The cost to be featured in a half-page profile is $295.
Full page and half page display advertising is available to those who want additional visibility for their business. Premium Display Advertising Spaces (e.g. back cover, inside covers, centerfold, etc.) are reserved on a first come first serve basis and only guaranteed when payment is received. Purchasing a profile or advertisement space supports the Malden Chamber of Commerce since we receive a commission from all sales.
Deadline for participation, including payment in full and profile completion, is January 15th, 2011. To be included in the Directory membership dues must be current as of December 15, 2010.
